I am writing this letter to thank you for the fantastic job you and your people did getting everything ready for the estate auction on Sept 16th.

Without you and your team we never would have been able to get everything ready. You and your auctioneers shocked me with the amazing results. You sold almost everything, and I was very pleasantly surprised at some of the bids you were able to get. I never imagined you would be able to draw in bidders from all over the country.

Thank you to everyone involved. Anyone interested in an estate auction would be lucky to have Lyn, Rebecca, and their entire team. They were all absolute angels, and I wouldn’t have been able to have done it without them.

At the end of the 2020 boating season, I decided to sell my deck boat. After considering the options, a local auction seemed to offer the best prospects for me. I checked around the Irish Hills area and found Lyn Liechty. I am always a little wary when working with a small business for the first time. I am pleased to report that this was a total success.

Lyn got the boat sold at a price that was higher than I had expected and the whole process went very well. He did what he said he was going to do, and on schedule. His communications by phone and email were prompt and professional, as was the one meeting that we had to hand off the boat. He took care of all of the details and he provided a simple, understandable contract. He knows what he is doing! I would be happy to work with him again and appreciate a job well done.

Hi Lyn,

Wow!!! I’m blown away!!! I would have loved to see your face when people started parking in the back. Was it fun for you? I hope it was fun, but I bet it was exhausting. Even now I’m still amazed when I think about how much total stuff my Dad had. I bet your building looked practically empty afterward. I’m glad you finally have your space back!

It’s been a crazy time when you think about all that has happened since we first met. Aside from the HUGE job of packing/unpacking/sorting and then photos and marketing, you and Rebecca each had surgery, and then the Covid-19 madness… what a crazy year!

On behalf of Jeff and myself, I cannot thank you enough for all that you and Rebecca have done to help us wrap up this part of our father’s estate. We couldn’t have done it without you.

We moved to Coldwater 4 yrs ago & have been to a couple of yours in that time. We were at the last Saturday outside auction.
