I have today received the check for the net proceeds from the auction and all supporting documents which you forwarded. Thank you for your promptness.

I have spoken with Lynn Wheat, the Personal Representative of the Estate, and he is extremely delighted with the results of the auction. He, too, was surprised at the amount of the gross proceeds.
