Happy New Year!!
Sorry it has taken so long to send you a grateful Thank you for the great job that was done at my mom and dad’s Auction. It was a very difficult thing to have to do for my sister and I, but you and Rebecca made this a wonderful experience. I would recommend your company to anyone. I never dreamed it would be so easy. The care and handling of my parents things was just amazing. They are doing well and I’m mailing you a copy of the DVD of the auction. Not much was recorded but thought you and Rebecca would like to see.
Thanks Deb & Denise (Bill&Lill Craig)

I have had the pleasure of working with Lyn and have attended several of his auctions. You will not find an auctioneer that is more honest and hard working. He has an incredible rapport with his crowds and you can tell that they appreciate his honesty and integrity. He is a great auctioneer and an even better person. He just simply gets it done and done right.

Others in your business who we had contacted were not as thorough in their assessment of the estate and concluded that it was too small to liquidate via auction or estate sale. The detail of your initial work led to a sale which exceeded both of our expectations. The result was complete liquidation at the highest return in the least amount of time.
Again, you are to be commended for a job well done.
Sincerely,
P.S. Thank you for stopping by our garage sale! Beverly and I honestly did not know how we were going to liquidate everything by that means. We closed the garage sale immediately after talking with you!
Lyn
I feel we executed on our auction strategy including your calling of the auction. You are most dynamic on the auction block.
Feel free to use me as a reference.

RE: Auction presented by Lyn & Rebecca on Nov. 3, 2001
To Whom It May Concern:
On November 3, Lyn Liechty had a very successful auction for us. We only had five weeks to auction the entire contents of a 6 bedroom cottage and strip it for demolition. He was very organized and got the job done.
Lyn Liechty was recommended to us by a local builder, Mike McKay. He also gave us references of previous auctions and we received glowing references from previous customers. Lyn & Rebecca were a real pleasure to work with and they worked very hard preparing the house and contents.
Lyn auctioned all of the furnishings, fixtures, walls, floors, ceilings, furnace, duct work and plumbing. The auction was very well attended by "buying" customers and the house was completely stripped by the purchasers in the required time.
Lyn was honest with us and the bidders and had a good sense of humor too. What could have been a very stressful event, turned out to be a very fun event. We would definitely recommend Lyn & Rebecca for your auction needs.
Sincerely,
Philip (Flip) Reynolds & Linda Reynolds

Nancy & Chuck Bell Auction, Pittsford, Mi. April 8, 2008 Auction. Series of email messages from Mr. & Mrs. Bell
Hi Lyn,
I just want to inform you that we did receive the packeet of info today. Yes, we are pleased with the outcome. We haven’t had a chance to look through the entire packet yet. We (I) quickly secured the check. Once we settle down, we will look over the detail. Thanks again for your service and bringing us to another phase of our life.
May your following continue to grow and your wonderful family be blessed.
Nancy & Chuck
P.S. We will sign and return the designated sheet this weekend.
Lyn,
Permission granted for the testimonial book. Check for grammatical errors. My mental functions as well as my body were on the slow mode yesterday as I wrote that note. Again, thanks for all that you did. I appreciate working with someone who is efficient, does what he says he is going to do and has a passion for his work.
Sincerely,
Nancy & Chuck
Hi Lyn,
We hope this is a day of rest for you. We just wanted to inform you that by 3 p.m. today everything was picked up. Actually, the only thing picked up today was the combine. The rest of the stuff was removed by 4 p.m. yesterday. We weren’t sure about the doors in the garden haus building or the wire fencing. Most likely those items didn’t sell.
Thanks again for such a great job that you and your family did. There was no stone unturned. Auctioneer Shane Sumner was an asset as well. Now we are anxious to see how we did financially.
Thanks again for the tremendous job you did in clearing out our treasures and helping others to have treasures.
Sincerely,
Nancy & Chuck Bell

LYN LIECHTY AUCTIONS
RE: Mary Opal Passow Estate Auction on April 3, 1999
Dear Mr. Liechty:
I have today received the check for the net proceeds from the auction and all supporting documents which you forwarded. Thank you for your promptness.
I have spoken with Lynn Wheat, the Personal Representative of the Estate, and he is extremely delighted with the results of the auction. He, too, was surprised at the amount of the gross proceeds.
On behalf of Lynn Wheat, the heirs of the estate and for myself, I would like to thank you for your assistance with this estate. It was a pleasure to work with you also. I will certainly keep you in mind should I, or anyone else I know, need your services in the future.
Sincerely,
McCRIRIE & CAMERON

Background on Testimonial
We were first contacted in the summer of 2009 and thought this would be an Estate Auction of Personal Property. We ended up conducting a very succesful coin auction on August 29, 2009 and on September 27, 2009, we were on site to sell the real estate and personal property. The coin auction vastly exceeded seller expectations, the house brought more than double what they thought it would, and the personal property drew a very large crowd and that to was a huge success. Less than a week later we received the following note in the form of a Thank You card and a $50.00 gift certificate to Red Lobster. We were humbled by the gratitude and apprecation shown by the sellers.
Lyn & Rebecca,
Thank you for all of your hard work regarding coin auction and household auction.
Sharon Hill, Ron and Joyce Steffey
